1. Acceptance of the Workspace

By accessing PhotoLux Studio, you agree to these terms. Our platform is provided as a professional full browser photo editor. If you do not agree with our operational guidelines, please refrain from using the application.

2. Intellectual Property & Artwork Ownership

The application architecture, UI/UX design, and original assets remain the exclusive property of PhotoLux. However, because we operate as a no server photo editor, you retain 100% full copyright and absolute ownership over any studio photo edit, composition, or artwork you export using our engine.

You may not reverse-engineer, mirror, or commercially redistribute our client-side software without explicit written permission.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Local Backups

PhotoLux Studio is provided on an "as is" basis. As a dedicated in-browser photo studio, all active memory relies on your local browser session. We strongly advise saving your project files frequently.

We are not liable for data loss resulting from closed tabs, exhausted RAM limits, or browser crashes, given our strict zero-upload policy.
